Helios Launches Enterprise Mobility Solution

Jakarta, Itech – Mobility technology is no longer limited to individual use; it is now a driving force in enterprise organizations. Helios Informatika Nusantara, a subsidiary of CTI Group, collaborates with Samsung to provide an enterprise mobility solution in order to assist businesses in adapting to mobility technology.

 

“Mobile workforce has remained the primary strategy for many organizations in the present day. However, there are still a significant number of unresolved data security issues. Concerns of business owners include the inability to separate personal and business data on a single device, device theft, difficulties in operating enterprise-customized apps, and limitations on the ability to manage mobile workforces, according to Deddy Sudja, President Director of Helios in Jakarta (2/23).

 

According to Deddy Sudja, businesses that continue to develop mobile applications based on their needs are currently embracing mobility. He stated that mobility solutions will boost business performance in terms of productivity, communication, and knowledge sharing.

 

In collaboration with Samsung, Helios provides smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices, as well as a Samsung Knox enterprise mobility solution that provides software-to-hardware-level integrated system security. Knox divided employee devices into two distinct containers: personal and work-related.

 

“Knox also comes with a manageability function, which makes it possible to manage thousands of devices based on policies customized by the respective company. The presence of this app is expected to maximize employees productivity and protect their individual privacy,” said Roy Nugroho, IT and Mobile B2B Group Head at Samsung Electronics Indonesia.

 

Roy explained further “Data security is the most essential thing for any kind of company in this digital era. Helios presents Samsung Knox, the internationally certified mobile enterprise solution (officially certified by government entities in the United States, United Kingdom, Finland, and Australia), available for companies and government organizations. As a provider of data security management, Samsung Knox is recognized as providing customer solutions for corporations from various sectors, including finance, automotive, transportation, and education,” he concluded.
