DELAMIBRANDS Rely on HP CS500 SAP HANA to Improve Customer Experience

PT. Delami Garment Industries (DELAMIBRANDS), well-known for its apparel brands The Executive, Wood, and Wrangler, opted to deploy the HP CS500 SAP HANA after the ERP system they designed themselves did not fully meet company demands real-time. Therefore, DELAMIBRANDS relies on PT Helios Informatika Nusantara, a subsidiary of CTI Group and a supplier of IT infrastructure solutions, to integrate the HP Converged System 500 for SAP HANA to improve their client experience.

“Through a well-integrated system between branches/outlets, we can check goods availability in real-time and inform customers which outlets provide the products they are looking for. In addition, customers who are members of the loyalty program can immediately use their points. between DELAMIBRANDS outlets on the same day,” said Richard Burhan Dharma, IT Manager of DELAMIBRANDS.

According to Richard, in addition to increasing the client experience, the usage of SAP HANA solutions may increase company efficiency, simplify ‘control and management,’ and speed up decision making.

“In order to realize a real time system, we need an IT infrastructure with high reliability and availability, both of which are owned by the HP CS500 SAP HANA. For this reason, Delami needs a competent partner, namely Helios, who has provided very clear information regarding product specifications so that it helps We are in choosing the right product as needed,” said Richard.

The HP CS500 SAP HANA is supported by a six-hour call-to-repair service that can address technical issues and deliver spare parts within six hours, giving DELAMIBRANDS peace of mind. Furthermore, DELAMIBRANDS receives technical assistance from Helios in the form of trained engineers and 24-hour contact center services to guarantee that the company’s infrastructure systems remain operational.
