DELAMIBRANDS Uses HP CS500 SAP HANA Solution to Deliver Real-Time Services

“In addition, customers who are members of the loyalty program can directly use their points between DELAMIBRANDS outlets on the same day,” said Richard, on the sidelines of the announcement of HP’s newest Mission-Critical solution held on Pulau Macan, Seribu Islands.

Richard claims that using SAP HANA solutions not only improves customer experience but also increases company efficiency, simplifies control and administration, and speeds up decision making.

The HP CS500 SAP HANA is backed up by a six-hour call-to-repair service that can fix technical issues and deliver spare parts in six hours.

Helios is delighted to be the first HP reseller to offer the Technology Center and assist DELAMIBRANDS in deploying this solution.

“DELAMIBRANDS is now adopting our Technology Center facility to run SAP applications while their data center is being built. As a result, companies may instantly benefit from this solution and save time on the market.” Deddy Sudja, President Director of Helios, stated.

HP CS500 SAP HANA is an all-in-one system based on in memory computing technology that includes servers, storage, network, and software to make deployment and management easier and faster for businesses.
