Helios Presents ‘Enterprise Mobility’ Solution in Collaboration with Samsung

The trend of using mobile devices for personal consumption has evolved into a driving force for corporations. By leveraging mobile devices, companies can improve customer experiences, increase productivity, and reduce operating costs.

 

In response to these trends, Helios Informatika Nusantara, a CTI Group subsidiary that provides information technology infrastructure solutions, offers enterprise mobility solutions. Helios is now collaborating with Samsung to help the company adopt appropriate and secure mobile technology.

 

According to Helios CEO Deddy Sudja, the inevitable trend of mobile device use has entered the corporate realm. However, it differs from everyday usage. Corporate mobile devices require enhanced security systems.

 

The solution to the challenge of using mobile devices for enterprise business needs includes not only security but also device management capabilities, including customized systems. Helios is now offering end-to-end solutions for corporate needs with Samsung Knox.

 

“Through the integration of Samsung Knox with corporate systems, we provide end-to-end solutions.” Helios has now become Samsung’s first distributor for the corporate market in the field of information technology,” he said on Thursday (23/2/2017) at a press conference announcing the collaboration between Helios and Samsung in Jakarta.

 

Helios now offers smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices, as well as the enterprise mobility management solution Samsung Knox, as a result of this partnership. The Knox security system itself has been integrated at all levels, from software to hardware.

 

“Samsung Knox has been certified by government agencies in the United States, the UK, Finland, and Australia. There are three advantages that Knox offers: security, management, and customization,” said IT and Mobile B2B Group Head Samsung Electronics Indonesia Roy Nugroho, who also attended the event.

 

As a result, companies can choose and customize Knox solutions according to their needs. Helios will also provide support from certified and experienced engineers in mobility technology, Technology Center facilities, as well as sales and marketing resources. (HF/AA)
