Helios-Samsung Knox Partnership Solved Mobility Issues

According to research conducted by PwC among 1,322 CEOs from 77 countries, 81% of respondents chose this technology as the most strategic digital tool for strengthening customer relationships (customer experience), increasing productivity, and decreasing operational costs.

During the launching of Helios and Samsung collaboration in the Westin Hotel, Jakarta (23/2/2016), Roy Nugroho, IT and Mobile B2B Group Head Samsung Electronics Indonesia, stated that this enterprise mobility solution from Samsung Knox is not only highly manageable but also safe and fully customized based on needs.

 

“As data security management, Samsung Knox is a solution for corporate customers in industries such as finance, automotive, transportation, and education,” said Roy. Some Indonesian businesses in the banking, logistics, and transportation sectors have adopted Samsung Knox as their mobility solution.

 

Similarly, Deddy Sudja, President and Director of Helios, explained that business owners still face some data security challenges when implementing mobility technology.

 

The risks include combining company and personal data on a single device, lost or stolen devices, the difficulty of implementing customized applications by the company, and the company’s limited capacity to manage a mobile workforce.

 

Therefore, Helios partnered with mobile application developers to provide total mobility solutions to customers, recognizing the variety of mobility needs that each company has. Companies can select and customize Samsung Knox solutions to meet their specific requirements.
