Delamibrands Relies on Helios in Implementing HP CS500 for SAP HANA

 

WE Online, Jakarta – PT Delami Garment Industries (Delamibrands) relies on PT Helios Informatika Nusantara, an IT infrastructure solution provider and subsidiary of CTI Group, in the implementation of the Hewlett-Packard (HP) Converged System 500 for SAP HANA to improve their customer experience. The retail fashion company chose SAP HANA’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to present services in real time to consumers for shopping satisfaction.

 

Delamibrands, known through fashion brands The Executive, Wood, and Wrangler, with more than 1000 outlets and 270 owned stores across Indonesia, decided to use HP CS500 SAP HANA after the ERP solution they built themselves could not meet business needs in real time.

 

Richard Burhan Dharma, IT Manager of Delamibrands, said Helios is the exclusive distributor of HP CS500 SAP HANA in the product implementation, from preparation to support during project implementation.

 

“Through a well-integrated system between branches and outlets, we can monitor the availability of goods in real time and thus inform customers of any outlets that provide the products they are looking for.” Moreover, customers who participate in the loyalty program can use their points directly between Delamibrands outlets on the same day,” Richard explained.

 

In addition to improving customer experience, according to Richard, the use of SAP HANA solutions can also improve company efficiency, simplify control and management, and accelerate decision-making.

 

“In order to create real-time systems, we need IT infrastructure with high reliability and availability, both of which are owned by HP CS500 SAP HANA. For that, Delamibrands needs a competent partner, namely Helios, who has provided very clear information about product specifications to help us choose the right product according to our needs,” said Richard.

 

HP CS500 SAP HANA is supported by a six-hour-call-to-repair service that can solve technical problems and provide spare parts within six hours, so that Delamibrands feels more protected. In addition, Delamibrands also receives technical support from Helios as a certified engineer and a 24-hour call center service to ensure the company’s infrastructure system continues to operate.
