Helios Collaborates with Microsoft to Launch Cloud Service

Telset.id, Jakarta – Helios Informatika Nusantara recently launched a cloud-based service namely Helious Cloud through a collaboration with Microsoft. Helios Cloud aims to provide secure and easy cloud services for businesses in various sectors, especially small to medium scale businesses, including startups.

“We see that the cloud shopping trend is increasing each year for reasons of convenience. Therefore, Helios Cloud presents itself through a series of products and complete features strengthened with 24×7 local tech support and payment flexibility to ease customer’s cloud adoption experience,” said Deddy Sudja, the President Director of Helios.

Deddy further explained that the products Helios Cloud offers are cloud services for platform (Paas) and IT infrastructure (Iaas) as the collaboration results with Azure. They are used for computing, analytics, storage, and network needs.

“Later on, customers can pick the service to create and develop a new app or run an app that already exists in the cloud, including SAP HANA on Azure,” he concluded.

Another Helios Cloud service is cloud-based work productivity support services (SaaS), which is Office 365 that provides flexibility in accessing data and documents virtually anywhere. The most popular services in the small and medium scale industries are website development and collaborative tools from Office 365, such as email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Helios Cloud customers will receive fast and trusted services regarding set up, migration, administration, and free consultation thanks to the local support from the Helios team. Helios Cloud also provides a flexibility guarantee in terms of payment method that utilizes the subscription model, in which bills are calculated based on the use of resources and services. In addition, Helios offers backup service and disaster recovery as a service so that customers do not have to worry about the risk of data loss to ensure business continuity.
